Every morning we offer a delicious breakfast with freshly baked croissants, pistolets & pain au chocolats from Bakery Bussing next door. Of course this will be accompanied with natural apple juice and a freshly brewed coffee of your choice. All of this for only 6,= euro. Please order a day before.

There’s free parking on Parklaan from 6 PM till 9 AM from Monday till Saturday. Also on Sunday morning till 12 noon it’s free parking on Parklaan. Check our location page for more info.

We love all people of all ages and walks of life, but to spend the night with us, you have to be over 18 years or older (or to be accompanied by someone who is).

We also love families, children, babies, cats and dogs. But if you decide to bring any of them, please tell us in advance and don’t surprise at check in. Families travelling with children under age of 16 must book private rooms. This also applies for guests travelling with pets.

Over the weekends in peak season and on special holidays we always require a minimum stay of 2 nights. Conditions will be automatically applied when booking online with us.

We have laundry facilities in our basement. Costs are EUR 5,= for the whole package. You will have to do it yourself though! And please don’t use your room as a laundry room.

For groups of more than 8 persons some special conditions apply. Groups need to book the rooms private to themselves and not share the room with individual guests. We recommend groups > 8 persons to book with us using our groupbooking page

We all love our pets but if you decide to bring your own dog please be informed that you have to book a private room and tell us in advance. Additional costs EUR 10,=

We are located in a beautiful monumental building. Although renovated there's no elevator present on the premises.

We understand your travelplans might change. Therefore we have a clear cancellation policy for individuals and groups:

Individuals:
- Free of charge up until 48 hours before arrival if you booked the 'free cancellation rate'

Groups:
- After confirmation the customer is obliged to pay 60% of the reservation value. This amount is non refundable in case of cancelation.
- In case of cancelation 1 month before arrival customer is obliged to pay 75% of the reservation value
- In case of cancelation 2 weeks before arrival customer is obliged to pay 85% of the reservation value
- In case of cancelation less than 1 week before arrival customer is obliged to pay 100% of the reservation value
